Modi’s Strong Message on "Operation Sindoor"

Operation Sindoor

Pahalgam Attack and India’s Response

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently spoke at a public rally in Bikaner, Rajasthan, where he mentioned India's military operation named "Operation Sindoor" in response to a terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir.

On April 22, just 22 minutes after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Indian forces launched a counter-attack. According to Modi, during that short time, 9 terrorist camps were destroyed.

"Operation Sindoor" and Modi’s Statement

Modi said, “Those who tried to wipe the sindoor from the foreheads of Indian women have received a strong reply.” He also added, “There is no blood in my veins, but sindoor flows through them.”

Three Principles Against Terrorism

Through "Operation Sindoor", Modi highlighted three main principles:

  • Freedom of Response: Indian forces are given full freedom to decide the time, method, and situation of the counterattacks.
  • Firmness Against Nuclear Threats: India will not be afraid of nuclear threats.
  • No Distinction Between Terrorists and Supporters: India will not differentiate between terrorists and the governments that support them.

National Unity and Military Freedom

Modi said, “Even though bullets were fired in Pahalgam, the hearts of 1.4 billion Indians were hurt. We hit the heart of terrorism. The government has given full freedom to the army, and the Indian forces have brought Pakistan to its knees.”

Inauguration of Amrit Bharat Station Project

During the rally, Modi also inaugurated the newly rebuilt Deshnok railway station in Rajasthan under the Amrit Bharat Station Project. He also flagged off the Bikaner-Mumbai Express train.

Conclusion

Modi's strong anti-terrorism stance presents a new perspective in India’s national security policy. Through "Operation Sindoor", India has shown strength and quick response ability in defense, which could play an important role in the fight against terrorism in the future.
